This policy describes how Constel Education ("Constel", "we") collects and processes the personal data of visitors to constel-mentoring.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").

2.1 Data you provide to us

When you fill in a form (demo request, newsletter sign-up, contact), we collect: first and last name, business email address, organisation and, where applicable, the content of your message.

2.2 Data collected automatically

While you browse, certain technical data may be collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of visit (see the Cookies section).

3. Purposes of processing

• responding to your contact and demo requests;
• managing the business relationship and prospect follow-up;
• sending our newsletter if you have consented to it;
• measuring the audience and improving the website.

4. Legal basis

Depending on the purpose, processing is based on:

• your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies);
• Constel's legitimate interest (responding to requests, B2B prospecting, improving the website);
• the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

5. Retention periods

Data relating to prospects and business contacts is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Audience-measurement data is kept in accordance with the retention periods recommended by the CNIL.

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our technical processors (hosting, emailing and audience-measurement tools), who are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and with the authorities where required by law.

7. Hosting and data transfers

The website and its data are hosted by Scalingo SAS (13 rue Jacques Peirotes, 67000 Strasbourg, France) on infrastructure located in France. Where transfers outside the European Union are necessary, they are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

The website uses cookies. You can configure your preferences at any time via the consent banner and your browser settings.

Necessary for the proper operation of the website; they do not require consent.

8.2 Audience-measurement cookies

We use PostHog to measure the website's audience (pages viewed, traffic sources) and its technical performance (Core Web Vitals). Data is hosted in the European Union; we do not enable session recording. These cookies are only set, and PostHog only loaded, after you give your consent via the banner; if you decline, no audience measurement takes place. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the website's cookies in your browser.

Where applicable, used to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns; set only with your consent.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to set directives regarding the fate of your data after your death. 10. Protection of minors

The website is aimed at a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors under 15 without the consent of the holders of parental authority.
