Professional mentoring in Europe reaches a new milestone. Constel Mentoring is integrating Mentorline, a recognized player in professional mentoring, to create a new reference player on the continent.
This combination answers a shared conviction: companies and higher education institutions need mentoring tools that are reliable, manageable and designed for the European context â far from the North American solutions that still dominate the market.
A new group at European scale
Combined, the new group brings together 45,000 active users and more than 40 corporate and higher education clients across France, the Benelux and Switzerland. Among them: the French Social Security, HÎpital Foch, CCI France Suisse, Inovexus Ventures, Mars, Courir, Banque du Luxembourg, Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and CentraleSupélec.
This critical mass is a game changer. It allows us to invest more in the platform, broaden our support and meet the needs of organizations of every size, from large groups to education institutions.
A sovereign, âMade in Franceâ alternative
In a market still largely occupied by solutions from North America â often poorly suited to European cultural and regulatory specifics â this combination asserts a sovereign alternative. The platform remains built to European standards for data protection and diversity, a decisive issue for the public, healthcare and large-account sectors.
Our ambition is clear: democratize mentoring at scale, so that everyone can be supported by a mentor and HR teams have more manageable tools.
What it changes for organizations
The shared platform, available as SaaS and on mobile, centralizes the entire mentoring process: collecting goals, automatic AI matching, scheduling, tracking and impact measurement. Integrating Mentorline particularly strengthens one key area: training and upskilling mentors within organizations.
Mickael Bokobza, head of Mentorline, joins the venture and will now focus on this challenge â supporting the upskilling of internal mentor communities, an essential building block for programs to last over time.
What's next
This combination marks the start of a new phase, with a clear ambition: to build the European leader in digital mentoring. For HR and L&D leaders, it's the promise of a stronger tool to structure, run and measure their programs.
